Our Facility

Our wedding venue is located on a scenic 17-acre lake in Central Virginia, about 10 minutes away from Downtown Farmville and Longwood University. Some features of our facility include:  

• 30' x 72' Open Pavilion   
• Kitchen for warming and storing your food items (Not a commercial kitchen, so it's not intended for cooking)  
• 16' x 16' Built-in dance floor under the open pavilion
• Great built-in sound system with wireless microphones  
• Screened-in room adjacent to the kitchen
• 2 air conditioned bathrooms with showers  
• Air conditioned dressing room area  
• Dock ceremony site with tiered seating layout for comfortable viewing   
• Ample parking area

Directions  from Downtown Farmville: 

Head West on Main St. for approx. 5 miles.  Turn right on rt. 638. Take first right onto rt. 653. Go approx. 1  mile.  Driveway on the right (look for our large wooden sign).
