To hold the lake house in advance for a wedding weekend:
*$250 per night with a 2 night minimum.
--Our wedding clients who book directly have the *$96 cleaning fee waived.
**We ask for a damage deposit (*$150) in addition to the nightly rate that will be refundable according to the terms of the agreement.

*You may also be able to book through Airbnb if your date is less than 3 months away (the rates may be discounted as the date approaches, however you also risk not being able to book the date, as it is first come, first serve when booking through Airbnb instead of directly through us). Pricing fluctuates throughout the year (seasonally and based on demand). Dates on our Airbnb calendar currently only open 3 months from the current date.
